Tam-Tam Brittle
On a jellyroll pan lined with parchment paper, line the Tam Tams on the cookie sheet fitting them together as close as possible.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar together and bring to a boil. Let boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and pour over the Tam Tams covering them all. Place pan into oven and bake 4-5 minutes or until the caramel just starts to boil. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips on top. When the chocolate starts to melt, spread it with a knife over the crackers making sure they're covered evenly.
To add a twist, you can sprinkle marshmallows and peanuts on top to make it rocky road or just ground nuts while the chocolate is still melted.
Place pan into freezer for 20 minutes or until brittle is completely cold. Remove it from pan, peel off parchment and break up the brittle with your hands. Store in an airtight container.

The Manischewitz® brand was founded in a small bakery built to make Passover matzo in 1888 by Rabbi Dov Behr Manischewitz in Cincinnati, Ohio. In 1932, Rabbi Manischewitz opened a plant in Jersey City, NJ, replacing the operation in Cincinnati. This move paved the way for the introduction of new products like Tam Tam® Crackers, Chicken Soup, Noodles and Gefilte Fish.
The Season® brand was the inspiration of Issac Epstein, a Polish immigrant who started his career as a food merchant selling specialty products to grocery stores in New York and New Jersey over 80 years ago. In the 50's, as the brand's reputation as a diversified line of high quality, canned seafood, specialty vegetable and Asian products grew, so did the business, with Season becoming a household staple in cities like, Miami, Chicago and Los Angeles. Today, Season products can be found on supermarket shelves all across the United States, as well as in countries as close as Canada and as far away as Israel.
