R.A.B. Holdings, Inc. Announces Selection of New President & CEO for R.A.B. Food Group, LLC

SECAUCUS, NJ (January 16, 2008) — R.A.B. Holdings, Inc. ("Holdings") today announced the appointment of Bruce H. Bossidy as President and Chief Executive Officer of its wholly owned subsidiary, R.A.B. Food Group, LLC (formerly named The B. Manischewitz Company, LLC). Bossidy succeeds Jeremy Fingerman, who resigned after two years leading the company.

Mr. Bossidy joins R.A.B Food with extensive industry experience. He spent fifteen years in the textile/apparel business with Milliken and Co. Following that, he successfully built Thule USA, the world’s leading car rack company, fivefold over a ten year period. Most recently, Bossidy was CEO of Dimensions, an arts and craft company that enjoyed dramatic growth and success over a six year period.
